    Im vegetarian and cant have meat due to allergies, I watched the guy finish an order prior with multiple meats begin my order before changing gloves or washing his hands. I was told there was no tomatos, they then got up and left when I wanted to cancel the order and found some conveniently. £4.30 for a sub with cross contamination that I couldnt even eat.

    One of the worst experiences i ever had in subway the staff Hari and ravi this two staff was so rude they don’t care about the customer and they don’t even change glows after making sub very very bad and worst experience i ever had in subway 0/10 i will rate… this guy ravi was full of arrogance and attitude… subway should not hire this kind of arrogant people..

    I had a really frustrating experience here. The service was unbelievably slow, and the staff came across as rude and dismissive. We made it clear when we ordered that we ledt 30 minutes for our train but that seemed to be completely ignored. Instead of prioritising our order or even acknowledging what we’d said, they just carried on doing other tasks while we were left waiting. It honestly felt like we didn’t matter at all as customers. If you’re short on time or expect even basic courtesy, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else.

    Poor service, I asked for a toasted sandwich and they refused. I was obligated to pay for a cold sandwich against my will. Do not recommend.
