    I have spent a considerable amount of money at Domino’s during my time living in Moulsecoomb. The quality of the food is variable. Sometimes it is excellent, and many orders have been genuinely very good. Other times, however, the standard has been noticeably below what I would expect. That alone is not a huge issue for me, as I understand takeaway food will never be perfect every single time, especially given the distance involved with delivery. My concerns stem more from the customer service experience. Recently, I placed an order at approximately 19:00, and it did not arrive until around 20:30. I chose not to complain at the time, as delays can happen. However, after placing another order the following week and again waiting over an hour, I decided to contact Domino’s customer support to express my concerns. I initially received the standard automated-style response, but a day later, I was contacted directly by a representative from the Moulsecoomb branch. To their credit, they apologised for the experience, refunded part of the order, and provided a voucher as compensation. What concerned me most was being asked to revoke my complaint to Domino’s after I stated I intended to escalate the issue further. This is borderline blackmail. That left a poor impression. While I appreciated the apology, asking a customer to withdraw a complaint rather than simply resolving the issue professionally feels inappropriate and undermines confidence in the complaints process itself.

    Ive ordered a few times, and I ordered a pizza and 4 cookies. They gave me garlic bread by accident instead of cookies. I called, and got my cookies + 4 extra, and got to keep the garlic bread Top tier 🔥🔥🔥🔥
