If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have just spoken to a manager on the phone who was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me for simply asking for some advice on how to use my app. I am appalled and this person needs to learn to speak to customers in a better way when they haven’t even been rude to him.

Had an awful experience ordering from this dominos through uber eats. The food never arrived and when I called the restaurant to inquire about where my order was I was told rudely that the food wood ‘take time’ and hung up on. When I called back a half hour later they asked me to hold on a second whilst they checked on my order and then immediately hung up. Such rude staff and poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!

My food never came and when I rang them a rude bloke just said ‘CALL UBER’ and slammed the phone down on me. Got a refund but not by any means of the dominos staff. Complete waste of time

As a returning customer of the dominos in Moulsecoomb, I commend the staff for their dedication and enthusiasm; we received our pizzas promptly, with a special shoutout to Yan who helped us keep track of our order!
