- JJjongeoffreyOct 5, 20261.0I stopped going its so bad and take the walk into town if I need anything. A couple of new staff have ruined it further, one of which seemed to be the security guard is now seen on the till but is so rude and aggressive and will physically knock into you to run around the shop to try catch people out.. Also the new older lady is very confrontational and constantly looks you up and down accusingly. The fact is, the co ops produce is so SO poor in quality and value and to top it all over priced it would be much better if it were a different shop here.

The behaviour of the Asian lady that came to the till was incredibly rude and reflects very badly on your business. Even though it was completely obvious that we were waiting at the checkout to pay in cash, she actively ignored us and pretended not to see us. When I finally got her attention, her attitude made it clear that she was annoyed at having to serve us. Throughout the transaction, she spoke to us as if we were a massive inconvenience every time we answered her questions. To top it off, when I stopped to check that my change was correct, she started making fun of me right in front of my face with the next customer in line. I don't know what the rest of your staff are like, but this person clearly has absolutely no customer service skills. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I hope management looks into this.
