- SGSteff GatesApr 22, 20261.0I am writing to raise a complaint about a just eat order I specifically ordered raw chicken, but instead I was provided with what appears to be square sandwich chicken. This substitution is completely inappropriate, as the two products are not equivalent in terms of quality, intended use, or food safety expectations. Raw chicken is a basic ingredient for cooking, whereas sandwich chicken is a processed, ready-to-eat product. This unexpected substitution has caused inconvenience and has prevented me from preparing the meal I had planned. Please also review your substitution policies to ensure that customers are not provided with unsuitable alternatives in the future.
- CCCoryFeb 27, 20261.0Most of the staff are really lovely, and the security guard used to be quite friendly the first year and a half i lived in the area. in the past few months, every time i visit the store, im followed and treated like a criminal. even if im purchasing one item, he follows me to self checkout, and stands very close behind me. it has gotten to the point now that i am considering making a complaint to head office. i don't need to be treated like a thief when im running in to grab a carton of milk, ridiculous. sort your staff out.

An incident of aggressive behaviour and verbal as well as physical assault I reported to Coop was not taken seriously. There was no meaningful accountability, or follow-up, and no reassurance that the matter was being taken seriously or handled appropriately. I have also repeatedly witnessed security staff engaging in what appears to be clear and routine racial profiling in the shop, particularly targeting students from minority backgrounds.
