  ***Ben the best Burger King employee *** The person who served us at the till Ben, was so helpful when we were having issues with the BK app. It was great to receive good service with a smile, and a genuine willingness to help especially at the end of a long day. Thank You.

  Staff are rude as hell, £100 order they messed up and they speak to me like a mug, absolutely no professionalism, rude as hell, I would avoid at ALL costs, won’t give me the managers name either. A few of the staff were polite but the majority are absolutely arrogant and need a job away from customer service!!!!

  Terrible service. It was empty yet I had to wait an hour for my food. I went up the desk multiple times and staff told me that the food would be arriving soon. I hadn’t been informed of any complications. When I finally got my order, they got it wrong, and they sent it back to the kitchen. After 20 more minutes, they gave me back my correct order. They barely added any chips and I payed for a large amount. No surprise it was empty.

  The toilets are so badly maintained and you have to pay £1 to get in, what a farce. The customer service wasn’t all that good either, I had waited over 30 minutes for my food (mind you the place was nearly empty) and when I went to ask about it, the people there told me to wait more patiently and it would be out soon all the while there was a worker on their phone behind them. What the hell. I waited another 15 minutes only to be given rubbish food, but it is a Burger King so what else am I supposed to expect on that front.

  Today, me and my 16 year old friend went into burger king after a day at the beach. Valvery (atleast thats what i believe his name is) kept gawking at her the entire time she was waiting for her food and initially we thought nothing of it. Once she finally got her food he very bluntly and condescendingly told her to put on a shirt. Obviously i found it incredibly inappropriate for a grown man to say that to a minor so I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge and all i got as an explanation was that people are required to wear “proper shirts” including both men and women yet there were 2 grown women he said nothing to and I’ve seen countless shirtless men in there. This was not staff enforcing policy but rather blatant humiliation that was dismissed. Shame on you valvery.
