  The owner should think twice about who are they hiring. The indian “manager” with thick black glasses and the “assistant manager” is an absolute menace and the whole experience because of how they communicate with us made us not want to come back. No understanding how a service industry works. They also couldn’t answer basic questions about their menu. The food was a standard for burger king but the people in there will make it go down. There’s a lot of good places that you’ll get better value for your money and service. Never coming back, probably consider when staffing is better.

  Very unprofessional and rude staff member, named “Usman”, who did not know how to talk to a customer and was very rude, he was talking like he is in the streets with a very rude and unprofessional manner. Completely unacceptable experience.

  An all night burger king in Brighton So I should have known what to Expect Drunks , noise , staff who dont listen to your order Everyone on edge Not for me

  We were group of 6 people we ordered as eat in but they said we can give you in bag not in trays and they asked us to take in bag and eat here. That was fine with us hut as we were 6 person we took 1 dip of mayo and 1 of ketchup so we just asked for one tray so we can take those 12 dips together but they said all the trays are in washing and I was seeing that they had tray available but they didn’t want to give us. Staff here named Ali shan was very rude and told us to go out of the store as we had some beers wich were not even opened.
