  How hard is it to get an order right ? Ordered double Chicken Royal with Large Fries and received a Single Chicken and Small Fries. Staff are incompetent.

  3 piece buddy burgers and king? Fries. All tiny. Cold. Lots of cold chopped onion. Glad I only paid 7.50 on the deals for the childrens portion sizes. Not sure how this could possibly be 3000 calories even if I had ordered a drink of lard to go with it. Not great. I now remember why I don't bk anymore.

  I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. Everything was well organised, the service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. A special mention to Felicity, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout. She made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Felicity!

  Really disappointing experience at Burger King in Brighton tonight. I bought a bottle of water simply so my girlfriend could use the toilet, as we couldn't find any public toilets open along Brighton seafront at that time of night. Afterwards, I politely asked a member of staff if they could refill the bottle with tap water. They simply refused. I find that genuinely astonishing. We were already paying customers, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, and it should have been fairly obvious why I was asking for water. For a city with such a busy nightlife, refusing someone a little tap water at nearly 11pm feels unnecessarily hostile and completely lacking in basic consideration. Burger King, you can do better than this. I was in the restaurant at approximately 22:50 on 05/09/2026 if management would like to review the CCTV and speak to the staff who were on duty.
