Incredibly rude when dealing with customers collecting/shipping parcels, have visited quite a few times to post as it’s on my way to my work. I purchase items as I ship or collect my items and I am met with utter rudeness and unhelpfulness. I have been told to come back to the shop later, which makes me feel like a complete inconvenience to them, I have been refused my items and I am continuously ignored/not spoken to and not acknowledged by the lady who works there and whilst being served they speak in another language (seemingly about me) whilst giving me not so nice looks. I also know I’m not the only one that has experienced this as an few times after leaving the store I have been met with customers from behind me in the queue and they have been met with the same service whilst collecting parcels. Unfortunately this was my most convenient store to visit whilst on my way to work but now I will be avoiding at all costs. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind to people purchasing from your stores and especially loyal customers who come everyday.

Most of the staff are friendly but unfortunately one ruins it for the bunch, if you get faced with the woman prepare for a rude encounter. She constantly gives dirty looks, never willing to help and general poor service. Will avoid shopping here in the future unless in a pinch

Have Been shopping in Here for years Obviously, it hasn't Been A Nisa For Long , But Never Have I Had Such Bad Customer service, If It Wasn't For Convenience, I Certainly Would Not Go In There , You're Lucky To Have Customers, With You're Attitude 😡

Every time I buy a cheese string here it smells of faeces mixed with fish. Don’t recommend the cheese strings here
