  So this is what dominos charge £8.99 for .. thought you guys can’t get any worse - and there you go and strike again ! I tend to give second chances, so did for this one. Defo on my blacklist from now on !

  Absolutely terrible experience. We waited 2 hours for our order, and after all that we still had to drive to the store and collect it ourselves because it never arrived. To make matters worse, when we got home the pizzas were cold. Waiting that long is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for delivery. There was no real communication or apology that made up for the inconvenience. Very disappointing service, and unfortunately this experience has put me off ordering from Domino’s again.

  I am absolutely appalled by the service of this restaurant. I ordered a gluten free pizza online as well as 2 normal pizzas. The gentleman at the front desk (wearing grey - I take it the manager) refused to change the pizzas stating I have never ordered a gluten free pizza before. What does that have to do with this? He tells me to re order one and I ask about my money? he tells me to pay for another one. He starts showing me dominos policy telling me that his management will “tell him off” if he makes me a new gluten free pizza. I now have nothing to eat and I am absolutely disgusted. He proceeds to tell me there’s 80 something stores all with the same policy! For a franchise this huge I have never received such hideous service. I have no food to eat now unless I want to eat it and end up in hospital! A gluten allergy is not a joke!!!! This is serious!

  My go to Domino’s for takeaway. Pizza is always made well and the place is insanely clean.
