  Very disappointing service. Would not recommend if you need to be somewhere else in two hours - I had to leave the restaurant without receiving any food. We had booked ahead and were a party of 7 people but there was a good 10 mins between each person’s dinner coming out. After an hour after we had ordered and about 45 mins after the first person had received their food, I asked a waiter where my food was. He went to check and came back shortly after saying ‘two minutes’. I did receive a free drink of any choice and he offered to deduct my food from the bill. I thought the other staff seemed to be aware of what had happened to our table. However, another 15 mins and no sign of any food, as we had an event booked I asked a waitress if my dinner was coming and whether it could be boxed up to take away, which she replied yes. After another frustrating wait, and a total of 1 hour and 30 mins after ordering; I didn’t want to delay my friends getting to our event so we had to just leave the restaurant without me receiving any food. This is such a shame as I have eaten here before many times in a couple/smaller groups and the food is great, but there seemed to be no care or urgency between the staff for a very hungry customer 😞 The Wagamamas ‘one little star’ is very applicable in this branch.

  I am a daily wage earner who earn 14 pounds an hour, i spent 17 pounds on my meal at wagamama as my last resort today, not having any food at home and being exhausted, it was a chili chicken ramen, and it lacked not only the chili i ordered but even salt, the noodles were soggy and tased like cardboard. it was so bad i left it in the garbage. it is so disappointing that uber eats would recommend a place like this- salt in a ramen is basic come on
