  Well it's always over the top noisy that's for sure. The waitress was waffling on forever about a 'deal of the day' which none of the 4 people could actually hear what she was saying. Service was ultra slow on the Sunday evening which we thought would be quieter. When the order for a few deserts was taken it took further 30 minutes before we could flag a different server down, to be told 2 of the deserts were no longer available and menus given back to us to make a choice. It would have been easier to advise what was available goven a small choice ( think less than 10 puddings or ice creams) further waiting to pay. I can't say that it is enjoyable, we have been to various Mamas, and service cancelled be erratic. Also felt that there was not as much choice, like many a restaurant chain they are cutting down on menu choice which isn't a bad thing, just not for me any longer sadly.

  Every time I go to Wagamama, I usually visit the Bletchley branch as it used to be the best one. Unfortunately, over the last few visits the standards have really slipped, and tonight was enough to make me change my previous 5-star review to this. My boyfriend and I come here a few times a month and never used to have any issues. The food was always good, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was great. Tonight, however, we were seated quickly just before 7pm, but after that we were completely ignored. While we were waiting, several tables that arrived after us were served before us. Staff walked past us multiple times without acknowledging us, and at one point we watched the manager and one of the waiters standing around with their arms around each other while customers were still waiting to be served. We also watched two staff members clearing a single table while other tables, including ours, were being ignored. It was frustrating seeing such basic service standards being missed. I understand it was probably busier due to the nice weather, but the final straw was watching a family seated after us immediately get attended to while we still hadn’t even had a drinks order taken. I work in hospitality management and my boyfriend is a chef, so it was honestly quite shocking to see the basics being overlooked. After nearly 20 minutes without anyone taking a food or drink order, we decided to leave and went to the CMK branch instead, where we were greeted and had our order taken straight away. Overall, really disappointing compared to how this branch used to be, and we won’t be rushing back.

  My friends and I went to Wagama on Sunday evening (17/05/26) and had a great time. The food was lovely. I had gochujang pork belly ramen which was 👌👌. Evan was absolutely the best. He was patient and really helpful. His recommendations were spot on.
