  **Outstanding Service from Simon and team** We visited TGI Fridays on Sat 27 Jun 2027, and, from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the front-of-house team and made to feel genuinely seen and appreciated. Our server, Simon, was exceptional. He brought such kind, upbeat, and gracious energy to our table and remained attentive throughout our visit. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his warmth genuinely elevated our entire experience. It's also worth mentioning that the rest of the team (sadly, I didn't get everyone's names) were equally friendly and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained, although the toilets could have been looked after a little better. Unfortunately, the food wasn't quite to our taste, as some dishes lacked the marinated flavour we were hoping for. However, Simon's outstanding hospitality more than made up for it. His service was genuinely 10/10 and is the reason we'd happily return. Thank you, Simon, for making us feel so welcome.

  We were served by Louis on Saturday, he was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, he made us feel welcome, the lunch experience was second to none. "Just doing his job" NO he went over and above.

  We had a lovely evening meal dining at Thank God It’s Friday’s near MK Dons Stadium. Our server, Simon, was nothing short of amazing. His service he provided to us upon this visit made us feel like royalty. To put it simply, we shall be visiting again at the next possible opportunity and that’s all thanks to the absolute masterpiece of a human that is Simon.

  Hello, I have visited this restaurant on Wednesday, 17th June 2026. I wanted to share with you that the tables, chairs, floors, and pretty much everything was sticky and dirty. This is not the biggest deal, but we ordered 2 beers (the same size and name); one came cold, the other came warm, and the bubbles were pretty much not fizzy. The food also came cold as it was waiting for the service to collect it. Not only that, we waited a long time to get our change back!

  Friendly welcome from polite and accommodating staff, with service delivered enthusiastically and always with a smile. The food was enjoyable and tasty, but unfortunately didn’t quite justify the high prices charged. My main criticism is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The area where we were seated, along with much of the restaurant, appeared neglected, with food debris on the floor, sticky tables and seating, and furniture in need of attention. It didn’t seem to be an isolated issue from previous diners, but rather a wider problem throughout the venue. As we visited during a non-peak period, this was particularly disappointing. Overall, great staff and decent food, but the cleanliness significantly detracted from the experience.
