From the moment we arrived, she made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Kirstie took the time to clearly explain the menu and helped us understand everything we needed to know, which we really appreciated. Her attentive and friendly service made a big difference to our overall experience. She is a real credit to the team, and we would happily return because of the excellent service she provided. One of the diners ordered a sirloin steak and when it eventually arrived after 30-40 minutes wait, the steak was about 80% fat and inedible. They had run out of several items in the menu but the restaurant was not even a quarter full. When we raised the issue about the food, we were offered 10% reduction on the bill but they had also added a 10% service charge. Have been to a few TGI's over the years. Will not be returning to this one

Great value menu allowing us to choose a starter, main and soft drink for £12.49…not bad in this current climate! All our dishes came out pipping hot. We will be back again soon!

Meals sent back, nachos 1/2 potion chilli after sent back (left as was soggy) Cajun pasta just microwave hot on outside cold in the middle rubbery chicken (couldn’t eat even second time cooking so left it) sons kids meal he has been violently sick all night since. What a joke never had such a bad experience in a TGI ever. Completely disgusting. As a hospitality manager myself theses standers are not acceptable. Cold chicken, burnt burger, guacamole all over nachos as after stated no guacamole and chilli to be cold is unacceptable. Food not being sent out up to temperature is against food standards and now have a very sick 9 year old.

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
