  I’m a long time fan of five guys. I’ve been to many of the stores over the years including the US ones which I think are better. This one offers the same quality of food as I have come to expect from the UK ones but the service here is consistently very slow. I have been a few times in shopping trips. Most recently one burger and one hot dog took 25 minutes. It did get busy after we arrived but when we ordered, we were the only ones waiting for food. Something needs improving at this one.

  Me and acquaintances went to five guys. The tables were reasonably clean and the food came out quickly. Loving the new reward system, we got free fries!

  The cheeseburger was amazing! Max who served me at the till was very helpful and was patient with me when I didn’t know what I wanted. Will definitely be coming back.

  Last Sunday Sergio from the order till even recognised me and remembered my order. We had fabulous service and the food as always was delicious!

  Big fan of five guys, came in today with the family and Lucia was very good in taking my order and helping my wife with her order, she very patient and took time to explain how it worked at Five guys.
