  The chips were too salty, I only ate a few of them. The bacon cheeseburger (most expensive in the menu) was not very big. The cheese sandwiches were very small. £65 for 4 people and my daughter didn't order a main, only chips. It feels like we paid £30 for a huge amount of chips, which were far too salty. The staff should have told us that we didn't need to order a portion of chips each.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Experience at Five Guys Milton Keynes We only visit Five Guys occasionally, mainly because, like many people, we are always conscious of the price difference between takeaway options. However, today we decided to treat ourselves to a double cheeseburger, loaded fries and a cold drink at the Five Guys in Midsummer Place, intu Milton Keynes — and I have to say, it was a fantastic decision! From the moment we started placing our order, we were made to feel very welcome by Will and Jasmine. When we asked what was recommended, Jasmine was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to talk us through the menu, explain the different options and highlight items she thought we would enjoy. What really stood out was her friendly and professional manner. As we were ordering, more customers started to queue, but both Jasmine and Will remained completely calm, professional and in control, all while continuing to greet customers with genuine smiles. It was clear that they were working extremely well as a team, and their customer service was exceptional. Jasmine continued with our order and, despite the increasingly busy period, she maintained her friendly attitude and smile throughout. That level of professionalism and positivity really makes a difference to the customer experience. And, of course, the food itself was absolutely delicious! The burgers, loaded fries and drink were exactly what we had hoped for. Just when we thought the experience couldn’t get any better, as we were finishing our meal, Will came over to ask how everything had been. It was such a small gesture, but those little touches can make such a big difference. It showed that they genuinely cared about whether we had enjoyed our visit. So, a massive well done to Jasmine and Will. They are a real credit to Five Guys and fantastic ambassadors for the brand. Their attitude, professionalism and genuine approach to customer service made what could have simply been a meal into a really enjoyable experience. Yes, Five Guys may be slightly more expensive than some of its competitors, but great-quality food combined with exceptional customer service makes the difference. After today’s visit, we certainly won’t be leaving it so long before coming back! Thank you, Jasmine and Will, for making our visit such a lovely experience. You both deserve recognition for the fantastic job you are doing. Five Guys should be very proud to have you representing the brand. 👏🍔🍟 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

  Very slow service for a simple burger and chips,, 25 minute wait,, as I’m observing the hustle and bustle behind the counter I noticed that staff do not even bother to wash there hands between prep and cooking! Some guy just walked in from the front, then walks passed the hand wash sink that’s bone dry and then stands by the salad bar and handles the various salad items…. It made me feel sick and when I collect my order I went to the nearest bin to dispose of the food offerings…
