  Went to the store in MK6 in netherfield Milton Keynes on the 17.6.26 at 2.47, I’m a regular there although the shop is dying on its keg with very little customers. I ordered the chicken meal but instead of mayo I wanted chilli in my burger, I was told there was no extra charge so I waited for my meal. I was served by a lady, so when it came to giving me the item to take away the lady refused to give me any sauces with the meal saying that she had used the chilli sauce on the burger, I was confused as the chilli was in replacement of the mayo in the burger. She then told me to get any sauces with the meal I have to pay extra, which was not a problem for me. I asked her why she didn’t charge me this upfront as it makes more sense, she then told me I don’t have to pay and she will let me off this time, after embarrassing me front of everyone in the shop. I don’t think I would ever be going to that place ever again.! If you think you will be successful as store giving one small chilli sauce with a sachet of ketchup out with a meal and charging for it is how you make money. I would rather go elsewhere where service is good and value for money not quibbling over a little sachet of sauce, which should come with the meal anyway!

  Absolute scam for the chicken. Stick with normal fried chicken places like Peri Peri and local shops. They charging nearly £40 for a 10 piece chicken bucket. You can save a fortune going somewhere else. MK Peri Peri Brooklands £12 cheaper.

  This was my first order, and will also be the last! Ribs were tough and chewy, most likely undercooked. Chicken was a blob of fat. Absolutely disgusting. Never again

  Called up asking to place a collection order. They said its have to order online as they cant take order over the phone. So I placed the order online paid for it for 17:40 collection. Only to get there and they not received the order. I started to panic as I never got any confirmation email. Finally found my order, but had to wait while it was cooked. Kinda makes the point of putting a collection time redundant. I ordered the rib combo meal. While the chips were fresh and very good, the chicken was okay. Nothing wow. The Ribs...are BEEF ribs, not pork, and is so chewing its inedible. Who does beef ribs? Nothing on their website says they are beef, just BBQ ribs. Had i know this, I wouldn't have ordered them. My partner said her chicken burger was just meh! Nothing wow. We will not be ordering from them again.
