Really disappointed with my order. The pepperoni pizza arrived completely burnt and honestly wasn’t edible. I called up to ask if I could either have it replaced or get a refund, and instead of actually trying to sort the issue, I was shouted at down the phone. I wasn’t being rude or asking for anything unreasonable, I literally just wanted the pizza I’d paid for to be edible. Things can obviously go wrong with orders, but the way I was spoken to when I tried to resolve it was honestly ridiculous. Won’t be ordering from here again.
