i never post reviews but felt i had to do this one due to the continuous exceptional service recieved from this branch. I come to this dominoes every few months when on a training course. James is always very welcoming, down to earth and remembers me when I walk in. Even today he greeted me, asked how ive been and also mentioned ordering on the app as there was a deal that would save me a few quid. the food was prepped quick and with care and is the only store i will go to when here. Defo need more people like him in the hospitality industry. Thankyou James

I had a really positive experience at Domino’s Pizza Kingston. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would especially like to mention Manager James for his outstanding customer service. He noticed that I was struggling to choose what I want and jumped into help me. I was too shy to ask for help myself as I don't normally order pizzas and I was clueless . He somehow understood this and then explained the toppings on the pizzas. This made me feel special and valued. We took the pizza home and had it and it was delicious. Kids loved it. I'll definitely recommend this store and come back again .
