Ordered Wingstop today for our team lunch and had a great experience! It was busy when we arrived, but the queue moved quickly. Amani A took our order and was really attentive, taking the time to make sure everything was correct despite it being a big order.
We sat towards the back near the drinks machines, where a lovely young lady called Fatima and a young man called Jabari made sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated how helpful and welcoming they both were!
Would highly recommend for team lunches, dinners or even a small get-together. Thank you to the team for looking after us!
Visited Wingstop in High Wycombe after seeing all the hype online, and the service really stood out! Amani A at the till was lovely and went out of her way to help me choose something I’d enjoy. I went for the Full of Flavour Mix, and Adnan and Shahzaib made sure I was well looked after throughout my visit. Such a friendly, attentive team who made the whole experience that much better. Thank you to all three! And most importantly, the food was delicious… tasty and fresh!
Wanted to try Wingstop, interesting menu and nice new location in town centre.
But the lights are genuinely so horrifically eye burningly bright, I could not stand the 10 minute wait in queue to order.
Surprising a new location in 2026 doesn’t have self service for placing orders.
Would love to try, but please change the bulbs. There’s so many bright lights and looking up to read the menu became painful before long.
Can’t comment on the food, wasn’t able to stay to order.

This is not my first time at a wingstop establishment but it won’t be my last. The wait time for the food i have to admit was longer than an ice age but they do say good things come to those who wait. The food on the whole was decent, especially the louisiana rub which was pretty sexy. Build the delicacy a statue because it deserves it. Bravo to the chefs in there, they deserve a raise. I have to say though i was disappointed as the refillable drink machine was malfunctioning meaning i entered a state of deep hydration which didn’t combine well with the hot nature of the cuisine. What entered my cup stayed in there after a single sip of what tasted like watered down carbonated muck. Anyways your wonderful waiter whose name i can’t remember fixed this with haste and my drinking resumed. One piece of advice, get self service as people were queuing up as if there was pot of gold inside. Yours truly, Kaian Eaton, Autographs allowed. Amen
⭐ 0/5 — Extremely disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
I visited Wingstop today, 4 days after the new opening, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I ordered 8 boneless wings, 2 burgers and chips. I was told the order would be ready within 10 minutes. After waiting for around 20 minutes, I asked about my order and was then told I would have to wait another 10 minutes.
At that point, I politely asked the manager to cancel my order, as I could no longer wait. His response and attitude were extremely dismissive. He went into the kitchen and simply never came back to speak to me or deal with my cancellation request. I was left waiting without any proper explanation or communication.
Eventually, I received the order after 45 min and took it home. What I found was even more disappointing.
Every item was cold. The chips were soggy, the wings were cold and lacked flavour, and the burgers were also cold and soggy. One of the burgers had a very unpleasant smell, which made me genuinely uncomfortable eating it.
I had also specifically requested spicy flavour, but instead received something that tasted predominantly sweet rather than spicy.
The total waiting time was 50 minutes, and I spent £28 on this experience.
For a newly opened restaurant, I expected a much higher standard. The food quality I received today was nowhere near what I would expect from a well-known brand. Honestly, even a good local corner shop can serve food that is hotter, fresher and considerably more enjoyable.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the manager’s attitude and lack of customer service. Mistakes and delays can happen in a newly opened restaurant — what matters is how you communicate with customers and resolve the problem. In this case, I felt completely dismissed.
Cold food, incorrect flavour, poor communication, an unnecessarily long wait, and a manager who couldn't even come back and properly address a cancellation request.
Based on my experience today, this was 0/10 for the overall experience. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this is not the standard customers should receive.
