  Ordered off Deliveroo and rung the restaurant to make sure they don’t add bean shoots and the lady said the dish doesn’t have them. Arrived with loads in so couldn’t eat it as they make me ill. When Deliveroo rung the restaurant they denyed it, even though I’ve got the phone call on my phone and would be a waste of my time ringing to ask to remove something I can’t eat. Poor poor customer service and won’t be ordering from here again!!! Thanks for the over half an hour wait for something I can’t eat!

  Not sure where to start really. The service was just awful from the outset. Greeted with huffing just because we wanted to sit on a table we wanted. And then proceeded to take our order and then holding her hand out to say sorry not ready can you repeat. Having taken the order, served with cold tea. I got up and took it to the counter to be greeted by oh. Not sorry we’ll get you a hot one but grunted. It really felt like we were inconveniencing the waiters. The food arrived which was okay but the cod bites for our little boy had been cremated. I just couldn’t be bothered to complain. Half way through the meal, a young rotund waiter came over to ask if we had finished. It was evident that we were through our meal. He returned 5 mins later to which I gifted an empty plate. He looked overjoyed! Ha Anyway, what should be a welcoming place with smiles and service which makes you feel comfortable, turned out to be a mediocre meal out. Don’t think we will be returning. Do better Wagamama. As the name suggests stop training selfish waiting staff.

  On 30th August, we ordered Wagamama's through a well known courier service (to be clear, this was not their fault). The first time. They delivered a meat dish instead of my partner's veggie dish. We complained, and got a refund through the courier service. This had already spoiled our Sunday as I had my food and she didn't. I recordered just that dish for her. Astonishingly, they managed to send out another incorrect dish (in the correct courier bag with the correct receipt in, but the item inside had another order attached to it). We rang and complained a second time. The person on the phone was incredulous that this could happen twice and seemed to be insinuating that we were being dishonest, quickly backtracking when confronted with this. Overall, an amazing display of incompetence, and refusal to take responsibility. What's even more astounding is that the incorrect dishes had the order details for another delivery service on. This means that at least 3 people that Sunday had their evenings spoiled because of these consistent mistakes.
