  Great dinner experience today for me and my family. Vegetarian and vegan options are exceptional. Lovely atmosphere too. I only wish that starters would come out first.

  Delicious meal and the staff are so courteous. Clean and comfortable premises with tons of light entering. My sister and I enjoyed the Lunch deal (main course and a drink) plus we ordered corn on the cob as a side.

  After a long day at work, I stopped in for what I expected to be a quick, simple bite to eat. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt unnecessarily rigid. I was carrying several bags and was first seated right beside the accessible toilet door and next to two very loud large groups. With plenty of empty tables visible, I politely asked to move to a quieter area that felt more welcoming. The request was refused. Instead, I was placed at the edge of a table in a high-traffic spot where people repeatedly knocked into my bags. When I asked again if I could move, I was told it was their busy time, as if my request were unreasonable. The tone felt cold and dismissive, and the situation could easily have been resolved and avoided. No customer should feel less deserving of basic consideration. Service beyond that was correct but detached. No one checked in during the meal, even though one of the toppings was missing. I was only asked if everything was okay when I was already about to request the bill, and at that point I didn’t dare mention the missing topping — I just wanted to pay and leave. The cherry on the cake was that, after deciding not to leave a tip for such service, I was met with a very unpleasant response from the waitress. As for the food, the donburi was disappointing — mostly rice, minimal toppings and very little flavour. Bland and uninspiring.

  This branch of Wagamama is located inside The Eden Centre in High Wycombe. It is located near M&S, Hollywood Bowl, the Bus Station and the Cinema. We had such a wonderful lunch here this afternoon. The decor is great. We dined here on a Wednesday afternoon and it was very busy. The service was exceptional. The team here are wonderful and very polite. The food and drinks arrived at the table very quickly. Wagamama is amazing when handling allergies. The team took exceptional care of my gluten allergy and they wrote my gluten allergy down and wrote our orders down on the paper placemat which I thought was brilliant. Also a sticker arrived with my food and my drink which I always find reassuring. There is a separate gluten free menu. The Monday to Friday lunch deal of a soft or hot drink and a main for £12 is fantastic value. I ordered off the lunchtime menu and I had the large Cloudy Lemonade and the gluten free Grilled Chicken Ramen. What is brilliant is that the large size drinks are included on the lunch menu as well as the regular sized drinks. The Cloudy Lemonade was delicious. It was very refreshing and authentic. The Gluten Free Grilled Chicken Ramen was delicious. The portion size was huge and it was really fresh. The Chicken was delicious and cooked really well. The Rice Noodles were delicious and I liked the texture. The vegetables were flavourful and fresh. The Grilled Chicken Ramen was a really comforting dish to eat. I hope to go back to Wagamama soon. I would recommend Wagamama in Eden High Wycombe.
