Colin was our server and he made our experience, I’ve never had a server in any restaurant as knowledgeable in the food and as friendly as he was! The new menu was great, I definitely recommend! The food came out super quick and was absolutely delicious! Colin our server was so friendly and very on the ball. May the manager was absolutely lovely as well! Will definitely be visiting again!
- NHN HMay 16, 20265.0We went to TGIs in High Wycombe today for my son’s 2nd birthday. We’ve been before and it’s been pretty good but today it was exceptional all due to Colin who was fantastic. He took time to ask us about our day, found out it was my sons birthday and he remembered both our kids names and then each time he came over he used their names and was so engaging, I’ve never had such great service he was brilliant and ended up feeling more like a friend by the end of the meal. He bought drinks over before we even thought to ask and made the kids balloon dogs each, even noticing my daughter isn’t girly so made her a blue balloon without us asking which she was over the moon with. The prices have gone up a lot in TGIs and honestly if it was just based on the food and bill we probably wouldn’t revisit often but Colin and the rest of the team made it such a positive experience we are all really looking forward to go back. Even as we were leaving a lady came over to high five the kids and make a fuss of them, it was exactly the energy we wanted for his birthday and they are a credit to the brand.

I asked for medium/rare, the quality of the beef was so so poor, looks like it was boiled rather than grilled as per the menu, unseasoned and hard, I left about a 3rd of it. Very disappointed. •Following my review feedback the TGI Team contacted me directly in very quick time and offered a £40.00 digital Voucher to come back and try again. Really appreciate them listening and wanting to make it right. It shows they really care about the service their customers receive - they should be commended on this. Thanks again to the TGI team.

We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and she really made it special for him, which we truly appreciated. She took the time to have genuine, friendly conversations with us, and even when the kids were a bit restless, she was so patient and reassuring, telling us to take our time which meant a lot. Her kindness and warm attitude didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Naomi, for such wonderful service you made our visit memorable!

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
