We visited TGI Fridays in High Wycombe today and had such a lovely experience, especially thanks to Colin, who was absolutely amazing! 👏🏾 From the moment we arrived, Colin was incredibly attentive, friendly, patient and caring. He took the time to go through the menu with us and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was with the children. He brought out pencils and colouring activities to keep them entertained, which was such a lovely touch and really made a difference. ❤️ He was so patient with us throughout our visit and made us feel genuinely looked after. Colin also made us aware of the discount available with my Blue Light Card, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. It’s clear that Colin takes pride in providing great customer service, and he really went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Staff members like him make such a difference to the overall experience. Thank you so much, Colin, for looking after us so well! You were fantastic, and we really appreciate everything you did. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ailie was made to feel very special with Colin’s balloon crown making skills, song and cake. She was so happy. It was great to have an outing hosted by someone experienced, natural and who genuinely cares about customer service. Thanks for a lovely evening Colin.
- RCRebecca CooperAug 14, 20265.0Naomi w was our server, unfortunately the vegan ice cream had melted so I wasn't able to have this as an option she kindly arranged for a sorbet dessert for me, she was fast kind, and had really good knowledge of the mocktails! Food was realy good but the weight was a little long, we were with a young man with autism who was finding the weight difficult and she arranged his food to come out more quickly on our request, this turned a potential meltdown around straight away and we had a lovely evening! She was fab!
- DRDana Rampi-CruzAug 5, 20265.0Aliehs was our server, and Morgan assisted. Cannot say ENOUGH about these ladies. We were visiting from the USA and not much was open when we were finally able to get some food. We were curious what a TGIFs in England was like and let me tell you....WAY BETTER THAN AMERICA. The food was fantastic. The service was amazing. But mostly, our little girl got the best experience she could have ever had. I want to also mention that the table behind us had some odd requests and we witnessed the staff go above and beyond to make them happy. You can tell the staff works as a team when it's super busy too. Not to mention they were dealing with a brand new system for taking orders and still were wonderful. I was a food server for 4 years and I would have been so stressed. We will come back again anytime we are visiting the area in the future. And if our servers get to see this review, Cheyenne sends all her love. Her balloon dog rode on the plane with us and is now successfully (although a little smaller) in California.

You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
