  Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life at a supermarket. The Indian guy with beard was sorting out some stuff just outside the till. We told him to serve us as we wanted to buy something from the till. Knowing that we were waiting he kept on packing stuff up and told us to wait. We waited for few minutes but he didn't move. At the end we had to leave. It was ridiculous to see them disrespect customers like that. Tesco you are doing a very bad job here and take the franchise back they are tarnishing your image.

  The hijabi in the post office was so disgustingly rude. Didn’t want to help. Would not recommend to anyone.

  Abysmal service in the post office today - 28th April 2026. The two women serving behind the counter were in no rush to end their conversation to serve customers. When they eventually deigned to do their job, the one who served me couldn’t have been more unhelpful and obstructive at every turn if she tried. Rude tone, arrogant, absolutely zero customer service. I will never use this store again.
