    I am writing to report a highly disappointing experience at your establishment. The employee working at the counter was incredibly rude and made us feel entirely unwelcome, glaring at us as if we had done something wrong. Furthermore, she openly complained and expressed frustration when we simply tried to scan our loyalty barcode. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope you will take the necessary internal actions to address this behavior.

    Worst service by Bengali Asian beard guy . They are no materials to make sub sandwich if we ask why they put little he said we were busy . Very rude behaviour and we asked to put his review he said don’t worry he doesn’t care and this is second time he behaved like that.
