  Incorrect order received. Spoke with the franchise manager who was rude, aggressive and arrogant to deal with, not sure how he can run a business with the poor customer service standards that he has. The offer from him was a free drink next time I place an order. I would never order from them again!

  The pizza itself was nice, but the overall experience was disappointing. The delivery took around an hour from ordering, which was much slower than expected. The app also said the order had arrived when it hadn’t, causing confusion and making us wonder if it had been delivered to the wrong address. After calling, we were told there had been a glitch, and the order arrived around 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, the Pepsi we paid an extra £2 for was missing. The BBQ chicken pizza had very little BBQ flavour, and the bottom of the pizza box was extremely greasy. After eating the pizza, I also felt unwell, and still currently on the toilet, which is disappointing. The food had potential, but the delivery issues, missing item, and overall experience need significant improvement.

  It must be one of the most Expensive Jones in UK. I got used to get an XXL pizza by £14 in Camden. Here £24 🤔

  Had pizza last night half/half meat one annd bbq chicken and my husband and have been very ill through the night. Currently still being sick. Won’t be ordering again as of this was a bug other people in the family would be ill too and they aren’t it was only us two that ate it.

  Sent an unsealed pizza with an Uber driver without a bag so it arrived sitting on his back seat, unsealed. I called the shop thinking they would apologise. All he did was argue and shout that I must listen to him while refusing to make it right or give his name.
