  London road, loud water, High Wycombe. Pathetic customer service! The manager of the branch is such a rude person. Went into the branch to place an order, after placing an order I went to the counter to add a coke on the order and surprisingly manager was like we are really busy here should order only once. Surprisingly this is coming from a manager, who is being a pathetic example for his team when it comes to customer service. I asked for his name but he refused, saying he can't because of security reason. This needs to be escalated and looked into as managers like him are damaging the brand image and losing loyal customers because I won't be ordering anything from there now.

  Avoid! Absolutely disgraceful. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Delivery marked as delivered, it never arrived. Refused to give refund. Should be able to mark with negative stars.

  Incredible how incompetent this branch is at making the correct pizzas or giving the correct pizza to the correct customer. Never experienced it in any other branch.
