  Made a large order over the phone and turned up only to find out the order has not been taken note of, seems like the person who picked up the phone didn’t want to make my order. Manager says we will have it ready in 5 mins but took 17mins clearly! Clearly was lying to begin with. The hygiene didn’t seem good and the workers weren’t wearing gloves when touching other meats and vegetables. Highly unlikely to return to this branch!

  Ordered a pizza costing over £30 including delivery. The order arrived but the pizza was completely inedible and had to be thrown away. I raised the issue the following day and escalated it to head office after the initial response from the store, but no resolution or refund was offered. The response focused on GPS delivery timing and the lack of photo evidence rather than the condition of the food itself. Ultimately, the complaint was not upheld. Disappointing experience and not what I would expect given the cost and expectations of delivery service.

  I went in to get a delicious pizza and came out with nothing. They did not accept my card because the machine was broken. The employee was sympathetic about it, however I am very unhappy. They do not take cash either, so I couldn't just go to a cash point and pay with cash.

  Amazing staff, ordered 20 pizzas and they were fresh and delivered right on time. Handled everything professionally!! Highly recommend!!
