  Ordered a pizza costing over £30 including delivery. The order arrived but the pizza was completely inedible and had to be thrown away. I raised the issue the following day and escalated it to head office after the initial response from the store, but no resolution or refund was offered. The response focused on GPS delivery timing and the lack of photo evidence rather than the condition of the food itself. Ultimately, the complaint was not upheld. Disappointing experience and not what I would expect given the cost and expectations of delivery service.

  I went in to get a delicious pizza and came out with nothing. They did not accept my card because the machine was broken. The employee was sympathetic about it, however I am very unhappy. They do not take cash either, so I couldn't just go to a cash point and pay with cash.

  Amazing staff, ordered 20 pizzas and they were fresh and delivered right on time. Handled everything professionally!! Highly recommend!!

  Excellent service and amazing taste! The pizza was perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients and a delicious cheesy flavor. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived hot and well-packed. The menu has great variety, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. Will definitely order again. Highly satisfied—5/5!
