  Placed an order for delivery at 7:25 it wasn’t delivered until 9:40! They wouldn’t let me cancel the order and provided no reason for why it took so long.

  I had a very positive experience at Burger King and would especially like to mention Anastasia, the Shift Manager, for her excellent customer service. Anastasia was professional, friendly, welcoming and attentive. She made sure everything was running smoothly and that customers were looked after properly. It is always noticeable when a manager leads with a positive attitude and genuinely cares about the customer experience. The service was efficient, the food was fresh and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. A big thank you to Anastasia and the whole Burger King team for making our visit such a good one. Excellent customer service deserves recognition, and Anastasia is a great credit to the team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
