  Very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when dealing with my order. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers disrespectfully.

  Very bad , I ordered pizza and the driver delivered my pizza to someone else , very bad experience, and when I called them they are very rude , not talking respectfully to customer,

  Couldn’t give the food a rating since myself and another man stood waiting last Thursday for absolutely ages, being completely ignored by the one member of staff they had working. It sadly seems that the customers who sit at home ordering, are prioritised over walk in customers who make the effort to go out to order and collect. After waiting for goodness knows how long, & not even a single acknowledgement despite trying to get her attention, the other walk in customer and I gave up! The uber & deliveroo guys stand there like they have priority 😡& of course are continuously given priority. If you are going to run a business offering this service, at least have someone to manage walk in custom too! That is so bad! Or at least tell us an estimated time before you can even take our order to give us an option to wait or leave rather than completely blank us! So rude!
