  I just picked up a sub and when I walked in a tall Asian man was telling his co-worker off and didn’t choose to stop even though there was a customer present. It wasn’t until the poor lady approached me that he stopped. She was lovely and put my sub in the oven but this man was the one pouring my salad and the attitude he had on him, you’d think he’s the queens son. Disgusting attitude had to repeat myself multiple times to ask for more sauce more jalapenos and not once did he say please or thank you. When he took my payment he just turned and carried on with the next customer not acknowledging me once. Disgusting service. He either needs retraining on customer service or should look for a job where he’s not customer facing.

  Vinod, whp I'm willing to guess is the franchisee is extremely stingy with the ingredients even asking what other salad are you getting when I asked for extra corn. He even threatened to charge me extra. Barely any filling. Nasty attitude.

  I went in and the worker was shouting at some kids for not buying anything but they were trying to buy something but the worker didn't serve them and was trying to lock the door and the worker was being rude wenzels is better
