  One of the worse food places in chesham. Charge so much money for food and chips portions are next to nothing. Person at the till name raj has attitude problems, have had issues with him number of times now. Disgusting customer service. Won’t be going back again

  I have ordered food from Favorite Chicken in Chesham many times, which is why this experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor and the staff were not friendly. They did not seem interested in helping customers and the overall service felt rushed and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. As someone who orders from here quite often, I expected much better customer service and a more positive attitude from the staff. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.

  Let me start by saying that the food here is genuinely great! The chicken is always tasty, and the quality is spot on—it’s the reason my wife and I keep going back. ​The main issue is the value for money. While the food is good, the portion sizes are a bit small for the price compared to other takeaways. ​However, the real problem is the man behind the counter—I don't know if he's the owner, but he's always there. He consistently looks like the most miserable human being you're likely to meet. More frustratingly, he is incredibly stingy and unhelpful. ​We've had continuous hassle with orders: ​The Peri Salt Farce: My wife often rings up to order and makes sure all the chips are specified as peri salted. Without fail, he forgets to add it to the ticket. When I collect the order and point out the plain chips, he insists it wasn't on the order and then tries to charge an extra 20p to season them. To try and fleece a regular customer for 20p after his mistake in taking the order is absolutely ridiculous—it's just petty, honestly. I now just use the Nando's peri salt I keep at home to avoid the whole situation! ​Order Mix-Ups: He’s also mixed up our order a few times (like giving us beans instead of proper gravy). On one occasion, I had to drive all the way back because of his mistake. ​It’s completely unfair that I’ve had to waste my own time and fuel because of his incompetence and poor attention to detail, only to be expected to cough up 20p for a bit of seasoning that he routinely forgets. He truly is a stingy clown. ​ ​I’d recommend the food, but be ready for a frustrating encounter and check your bag twice before you leave the shop!
