- DDDanielle3 days ago2.0I really wanted to keep loving this place, especially since I’ve had a great iced vanilla matcha here before, but my recent visits have been quite disappointing. Today I ordered the matcha (£4.70), but it wasn't dissolved properly and had a lot of clumps. The staff kindly remade it, but unfortunately, the second one had the exact same issue and it seemed like extra powder was just added. I couldn't drink it. I’ve also been let down by the food lately. An American pancake breakfast I ordered wasn’t great, the pancakes, bacon, and sausages all tasted overcooked and the hashbrowns lacked crunch. On another visit, the avocado on toast featured avocado that tasted really unpleasant, and the eggs just didn't seem like great quality. I’m hoping they were just having an off week, but the standard has been very inconsistent.
