  Pizza was delivered hot, drivers and staff provide a top service, this is my preferred store when ordering pizza. Usually, when going to collect, the manager is very friendly and looks like they all work very hard in store.

  I visited the Chalfont store on Sunday to collect my order, and the guy there asked me to leave a review. Honestly, the pizza he made was absolutely amazing — one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life! 🍕 The quality, taste, and preparation were outstanding. Excellent service and a fantastic experience. Keep up the great work!

  Amazing pizza and excellent service! 🍕❤️ Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly. The staff were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was really happy with the quality and service. Definitely worth visiting, and I’ll happily come back again

  Warning: Cross-contamination at this store — I witnessed this first hand. Meat utensils were used to cut a margherita pizza, which I observed directly. When I raised this serious food safety issue with the franchisee, they failed to take any meaningful accountability. Their response was to claim they could not see the incident clearly on CCTV due to the camera angle — despite the store acknowledging that the same utensils had been used. Their resolution? Simply advising that the matter had been raised with the store. No apology, no meaningful action, no assurance that this will not happen again. For anyone with dietary requirements, religious observances, or allergies, this is a serious concern. Cross-contamination of this nature is not a minor oversight — it is a food safety and allergen risk that should be taken far more seriously by both the franchisee and the wider organisation. I would strongly advise caution before visiting and ordering from this store. I have raised this with Domino's customer service, let's see if they take some meaningful action.
