  The customer service and policies in their cafe lack common sense. I cannot tolerate caffeine for medical reasons and therefor always carry my own caffeine free tea bags . I was refused a cup of hot water and some milk by the manager of the cafe because she says their policy states they don’t allow customers to drink their own drinks in the cafe due to allergens. Tesco you should review your policy in this instance or provide caffeine free drinks. Decaffeinated doesn’t mean caffeine free!

  Always used cafe since it opened, service is good and staff are pleasant.

  Chips were cold,marks on tables,tables not cleaned,took pictures of all the things listed. Not once was greeted or asked if i needed any assistance.

  Just had a vegetarian breakfast. Beans weren't very hot, sausages were horrible and Flora margarine which I don't like, prefer butter. Service very good.

  A generally poor experience, and I won't be returning. I've been three times with my son since it opened, and all three times the order has been wrong. Getting the waiting staff to understand what was wrong with the orders was also a challenge. Also little things like asking for a straw, and they return with napkins etc etc. Not good Tesco!
