  Food under heat lamps for at least 10 / 15 minutes while the worker cleared tables- no priority. Customers come last . Served other customers despite ours being ready for ages . Had to ask for it on the end!!!

  The customer service and policies in their cafe lack common sense. I cannot tolerate caffeine for medical reasons and therefor always carry my own caffeine free tea bags . I was refused a cup of hot water and some milk by the manager of the cafe because she says their policy states they don’t allow customers to drink their own drinks in the cafe due to allergens. Tesco you should review your policy in this instance or provide caffeine free drinks. Decaffeinated doesn’t mean caffeine free!

  Don't waste your time going for food here. Cheapest and poorest quality ingredients. I've had a full English here 3 times now and every time the beans come congealed on the plate, the toast is cold and hard, the hasbrowns are soggy and greasy and the rest is barely edible.

  Just had a vegetarian breakfast. Beans weren't very hot, sausages were horrible and Flora margarine which I don't like, prefer butter. Service very good.
