  I originally raised a complaint with Wagamama on September 16th after visiting a restaurant where the menu did not clearly display prices before ordering. What should have been a straightforward complaint has now turned into nearly a month of chasing. I followed up on September 24th, escalated via Facebook on October 1st, and have repeatedly been told that somebody will respond. On October 12th, Wagamama’s own social media team acknowledged that seven days had passed since their previous follow-up with no response — and then immediately sent me yet another generic message saying the complaint had been passed to the relevant team. That is not a resolution. It is not even a substantive response. I have repeatedly had to chase the complaint myself, provide information again, and explain that another “someone will be in touch” message is not an answer. The original issue was disappointing enough. The complete lack of effective complaint handling since then has been considerably worse. Ironically, Wagamama has had no difficulty contacting me with marketing emails during the same period. After almost a month, I am still waiting for somebody to actually address the complaint. Extremely poor customer service from a company of this size.

  So, where should I start? This beef brisket dish we just ordered tonight to be delivered at our place had a total of one tablespoon of beef in the entire dish, not only it had only one tablespoon of beef, which is not enough, but we ordered it with EXTRA MEAT. Are you actually kidding me? How much meat does this dish comes with usually? A teaspoon of beef? We always hesitate to order from wagamama because it is always very expensive, and this time it was not the exception. We paid nearly £25 for a tablespoon of brisket with a bunch of dried out and hard rice and some carrots with edamame. We ordered late at night, but if you can't fullfil your orders properly and can't be it even maintain some decent quality, you should not be serving food. Absolutely appalling, I'm expecting you to make it right. I will be asking for a full refund on the app and if I don't get it I will be calling to the restaurant to demand at least the money back.

  Worst Wagamamas I’ve ever been too. Terrible service, not offered desserts took forever to clear our table. Asked for a katsu banana to be told sorry none left. Asked what else do u have can I have a menu please to be told with a mouthful of food sorry not much left! Shocking.

  Lovely place with a really nice ambience. The meals had intense flavours and the service was excellent down to the smallest detail. Price is quite high, though.

  Ordered a chilli chicken ramen on uber eats and it tastes like hot water. I’ve had ramen from wagamamas many times. Granted it was late but no excuse to send inedible food if you’ve ran out of stock just cancel the order
