  Loz at the main service counter was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to not only help me find what I was looking for, but also offered me a couple alternatives and was able to direct me to the exact shelf where I could find the items. She should be recognised for her great customer service!

  We visited the cafe at Tesco Broadfields. We ordered fried breakfast, I chose to order individually as there are items I don't eat on regular breakfast. Not only was my breakfast (2 x bacon, 2 fried eggs and toast) dearer than my husband's but the eggs were hard, 2 tiny pieces of very shrivelled thin bacon and my toast had a black hair on. By the time my toast was replaced my breakfast was cold. Very disappointed and won't revisit

  Tring store has absolutely lots of lovely fresh produce available, the store is always fresh and clean. Most importantly all the staff are cheerful and friendly , going out of their way to assist customers find items. Mark the store manager really knows his staff members, I’ve seen him drop his own work to lend a helping hand and the staff obviously appreciate working under his kind , measured approach!🌟

  I was minding my own buissness and an employee called ian started verbally harrassing an old lady doing her shopping and i found it appalling and it wasn't the only incident ive seen and heard. I also have seen him shout racist slurs to a man in the highstreet for no reason. This old man needs to be fired.
