While waiting for my coffee, I witnessed one woman and her family demand a refund as they'd been waiting 30 minutes for food and were told it would be another 20! 50 min wait for a supermarket cafe?! Something is going wrong there. Coffee was v mediocre too.

Bacon and beans was cold, toast was poor. All in all very disappointing. The table we sat at was sticky when I put my arm on it and lifted it the table came with it.
