- DPDarren PearceOct 3, 20261.0Started shopping on a Saturday, half filled my trolley with two full bags of products. Got overwhelmed by the crowds so went to the in store Costa to have a coffee, leaving my trolley so I could come back to it and continue shopping. When I returned no sign of my trolley so I went to customer services. They said they didn't remove it but there is no way someone else would carry on shopping with my products already in bags in my trolley. Not to mention the scanner for zapping products!

- APAlan ParrottSep 14, 20265.0Very clean and well stocked shelves, for a Sunday it was very busy.
- MBMandy BrownSep 4, 20261.0This is the last time I do a big shop in this store! The amount of empty shelves is appalling! What supermarket has no butter or sugar! No staff on the shop floor doing replenishing, never faced up and 3 members of staff mucking around in the biscuit aisle. The regular kiosk staff are awesome but the 'newbies' are awful! I know I'm old school retail but this is no way to run a store...the manager here is obviously not suited for the role. I thought an aldi being across the road would make it better but it seems to be driving customers away and I for one are one of them!
