  I would like to raise a concern about the customer service I received this evening. I asked the staff member for her name, but she refused to provide it. I then asked another member of staff nearby, who told me that her name was Ausha, asian medium build lady as far as I understood. This was the second time I have seen her wearing earbuds while working and talking on the phone. During my interaction with her, she appeared more interested in her phone conversation and laughing with someone than assisting customers. I understand that staff may occasionally need to communicate with colleagues, but as a customer, I believe I have the right to ask for information about products and receive polite and professional assistance. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that level of service. I found her attitude dismissive and unprofessional, and I believe additional customer-service training may be appropriate. I am raising this feedback because I hope the situation can be addressed and the customer experience improved for everyone. Not recommended 3/10

  It's my local Tesco Express. Staff is slow, always preoccupied with stocking, never assisting with shopping. It's been like this for the last two years and I honestly don't foresee any changes. I just avoid as much as possible and use only when not possible to go further away from home.

  A fairly small Tesco Express. It has a reasonable choice of products. If you're after anything special try somewhere else. It's clean and the staff are reasonably helpful. Parking can be a bit of a problem.
