  Unfortunately our visit was tainted by the poor food quality. Wanting a quick bite and drink to enjoy we ordered a starter and main. The calamari starter was over salted making it impossible to finish and the burger lacked in flavour and tasted slightly burnt. The portion of Fired up fries was generous however the portion on sweet potato fries with the other burger meal was very small and also lacking in flavour. Our main concern was addressed when we finally got someone to come over after waiting a while with one of the waitresses, who simply said it depends who cooks it and the flavour of the calamari is salt and pepper so it will be salty(in which we later told that the chef adds extra salt to a premade mix). The response seemed to dismiss our concern with added salt. The sauce that was part of our burger dish didn't arrive with our order and we had to ask for it and there was no sauce in our burger. The hostess was extremely polite and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and listened to our opinions of the food served, relayed the information to the chef and did help with our bill which was very much appreciated. Expectations were in line with the venue but unfortunately fell below acceptable standards, reducing the chance we will return for food.

  Stayed at Premier Inn with my husband and 2 sons and went for dinner and breakfast here. Food was fantastic and the service was exceptional! Felt really welcomed and looked after the lad serving us was so friendly we had a lovely time. Would definitely go back 😁

  Party of 6 visited on Saturday evening at 8 pm. We were received very quickly and taken to our previously booked table After a short wait Leon introduced himself and took our drinks order.a while later he took the food order which was all delivered as requested.All six of us were happy with our food. I had the "surf and turf" which was an 8 ounce sirloin steak with prawns in garlic butter and calamari.This was a really pleasant surprise, because in this price bracket and in this type of establishment it is usual to bet steak with scampi. The whole meal was delicious. My only grumble would be that I asked for my steak to be rare and it was medium to medium rare, but it was still very tasty.We did not have starters or deserts but finished of with various different coffees.It must be mentioned that the attention which we received from Leon was excellent. He was friendly , helpful , and courteous, and certainly added to the enjoyment of the evening.We will certainly return.
