  I recently ordered a takeaway pizza from This branch. Domino's is renowned for its freshly made pizza bases, so I was quite surprised when I discovered, upon arriving home, that the Veggie Supreme pizza appeared to have a pre-made, frozen base rather than a freshly prepared one. After examining the pizza base, I contacted the store to express my concerns. I was advised to submit an online complaint, which I promptly did. Following my complaint, I was assured that a representative from the store would contact me, but unfortunately, no one did. Consequently, I submitted another complaint. In response, I was asked to provide photographs. After a waiting period of 5-7 days, I received a reply stating that the pizza was cooked at the correct temperature and that the crust was golden brown, implying that there was no issue with the pizza. I must admit, I was quite disappointed by this response. Had I desired a pizza with a non-fresh, frozen base, I would have chosen a different establishment. My decision to order from Domino's was based on its reputation for quality and quantity. This entire experience has unfortunately led to a loss of trust in your brand.

  Shocking service. Delivery is awful. 10 minites drive away for delivery and took 30mins. Food came cold and no apology. Been told won't serve us again because we have complained. Avoid completely. Get what they deserve. Won't be ever ordering again.

  I ordered the chicken and dip meal that cost £11.99 and my word the portion was tiny the chips weren't cooked thoroughly and the chicken strips were soggy. I was so disappointed I reported it via the customer service team and got a reply from Qaisar baig and no response was given. An absolute joke. And the pizza was not even giving.. toppings falling off everywhere. £35 gone down the drain.. Will NEVER order from them again. Do not waste your money ordering from this place.

  Had a mighty meaty stuffed crust pizza 🍕from here it was so nice it was like having a scooby snack. It sent me to the moon and back.😁

  Ordered 2 pizzas large Quality was awfull So rang them and they refused to give refund or send out same food These lot should not be allowed to serve pizzas Quality is horrendous Giving dominoes a bad name
