  We go every week, go into the café for tea and cake, excellent cake by the way sells out all the time. Then I use the scanner for my shopping saves loads of time, plenty of choice and variety especially tescos own stuff plus you get savings on your club card which mounts up on a big shop. Staff are friendly and helpful.

  I like chesco's but it's getting more and more expensive. We are vegans and our products are rising in price exponentially. The parking is a bit of a nightmare too at Alice store

  Best Tesco ever! I come here for my weekly shop and as a disabled person , the staff are so accommodating! I’ve never had a bad experience here with any staff members ! They’re always busy, always polite and happy to help. It does get very crowded at this Tesco which can be hard with mobility issues and anxiety but they always offer a seat and water if needed! Need I say more. I love this tesco!

  I love tescos I visit very regularly and it’s always good I love the club card offers and I love the products I particularly love their sweet section and their home section Thankyouuu Tesco’s Princess Alice ❤️

  !!!!! I hope someone from head office or corporate sees this review!!!!!! Sincerely, the only reason I am giving this a 5 star is because of Phillip. He was on till 18 this night on 21 May 2026 (around 10.15 pm). When all tries failed, when all calls of help went unanswered by any of the management (who were nowhere to be found I might add) Phillip helped me and quite literally resoled an unresolvable situation. He doesn't know me, a complete stranger, in my hour of desperation and frustration he helped me. I dont know what pathetic training you provide the staff. I cannot fathom the technical ineptitude of your IT systems. I cannot believe the lack of response from any sort of manager or leader in the store. The only saving grace for me tonight was Phillip and I genuinely hope you reward him. I'll be on the lookout for a response from Tesco otherwise I'll escalate this.
