  I would like a moment to recognise and compliment Aaron, who served us at Burger King, Beggars Bush, Sutton Coldfield. As someone who uses a wheelchair, I sometimes face challenges that others may not immediately appreciate. Aaron demonstrated genuine thoughtfulness and consideration by recognising that I might need assistance and kindly offering to carry my order to the table. He also took the time to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything else. What particularly touched me was the way he approached the situation. He came across as genuinely empathetic, compassionate and considerate, offering his help naturally and respectfully without making me feel uncomfortable or drawing unnecessary attention to my disability. I want to highlight just how mature and emotionally intelligent Aaron’s behaviour was. It is one thing to carry out your duties well, but it is quite another to demonstrate such genuine kindness, awareness and respect for another person’s needs. These qualities speak volumes about his character and the person he is becoming. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Aaron for his kindness and consideration. His actions may have seemed like a small gesture to him, but they made a meaningful difference to my experience and left me feeling valued and cared for. Employees like Aaron deserve to be recognised and celebrated. His compassion reflects positively on Burger King and I sincerely hope his thoughtfulness is acknowledged by his management team. Thank you Aaron, for reminding me that a little kindness can go a very long way. You should be very proud of the way you treated me. Merci a tois. Amy x

  A great restaurant. Food was really good and served in good time. The restaurant area was clean and had a nice feel. Toilets were clean and looked after. Lots of parking as well.

  My order was wrong on delivery to make up for it they redone my order for collection, not alot of places redo the whole order for inconvenience. 10/10 service

  This is consistently the most fresh and best BK we've been too. Food always fresh and warm, venue always tidy, service could be friendlier but doesnt change the quality of food
