I don't usually like to complain, and I feel a little reluctant to do so. However, I think it's important to raise this, not just for myself but for the next person too. Hopefully, by mentioning it, things might improve. I go into Domino's most lunchtimes where I live in the countryside, and I always order the same thing. I also ask for a little barbecue sauce, which the staff have always been happy to provide. On my most recent visit, I asked for the usual barbecue sauce, but the member of staff who served me wpuldnt give me her name but wore a hijab and was very belligerent in her response. I explained that I have been visiting Domino's for years and that I have never previously been refused a small pot of barbecue sauce. Rather than listening to what I was saying, she was dismissive and walked away while I was still trying to speak with her. I found her attitude and the way she handled the situation very disappointing. It wasn't the barbecue sauce itself that upset me—it was the manner in which I was treated. A polite explanation of the store's policy would have been perfectly acceptable, but I did not expect to be spoken to in such a confrontational and dismissive way. For context, I have had both a heart transplant and a kidney transplant. While I'm not mentioning this to seek special treatment, I do expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, as any customer should be. I'm not looking for compensation or for anyone to get into trouble. I simply wanted to make you aware of my experience in the hope that it helps ensure customers are treated more respectfully in the future.
Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.
