Greggs are normally high enough standards but this wouldn’t pass as a backstreet cafe. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, waste of money.

The staff seem pissed off ,they all seem to hate working there.the que is always so long with one person serving and even with that they are serving so slow I.e watching the coffe machine pour it coffee and having a chat with other staff while customers are waiting. Or chat with customers they are friendly with about anything and everything before serving the next customer . I try to avoid using this greggs now .
- HWHarry WhitehouseMar 3, 20261.0The Greggs in Northfield use to be a very good Greggs with fresh food and good service, recently it really has declined and the food is always cold and the service is pretty BOG standard not many of them smile and if you ask them if any of it is warm or hot they will say yeah but it’s stone cold, they shouldn’t be serving any food that is cold or stone cold and making people spend there hard earned money, so I would only eat if food has just come out of the oven as they do nothing to keep the food hot or even warm the last few times I have gotten food from this greggs I have given it one bite and thrown it away because of how vile and cold it is which is just a waste of money and time and they priorities the online ordered over face to face customers which is also bad.

We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
