  A terrible shopping experience. Having just one checkout open in a large superstore on a very busy Saturday morning is simply not good enough. The queue was far too long and completely unnecessary. The checkout staff were friendly, polite and doing their best, so this is certainly not a criticism of them. The real problem is the management. Shelves are often poorly stocked, and the store feels consistently understaffed and badly run. The managers should be ashamed that they've allowed standards to fall so low. I'll be shopping elsewhere whenever possible.

  This is my local and unfortunately I have to go in more than my liking. Although they usually have great items on reduce - it is understocked and the staff leaves much to be desired and will treat you like a child, with the exception of one lovely black gentleman

  Avoid this store – Appalling customer service from management! I visited this store with my mother today and had an incredibly upsetting experience. I realized I had forgotten a coin for the trolley, so I politely asked a cashier for assistance or a temporary token/solution. Not only did the cashier refuse to help or suggest anything, but when I asked to speak to a manager, things got significantly worse. A manager named Carol came over, and her attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. When I explained that without a trolley, they were essentially turning a customer away and sending me home, she literally looked at me and said "Yes." When I asked for the customer service number to lodge a complaint, she just shrugged and mockingly told me to go ahead. To make matters worse, the store was so poorly maintained that there were zero baskets available. When I finally tracked one down and later pointed out to Carol that they couldn't even provide basic baskets for shoppers, she just repeatedly snapped "Yes, yes, yes" at me in a highly aggressive, sarcastic tone. Absolutely disgraceful behavior from a manager who clearly does not care about customers. Avoid this location if you expect basic human decency and service.

  Drugi raz w przeciągu 2 tygodni pojechałem do Tesco i nie kupiłem właściwie nic!!! Straciłem ponad 40funtow na dojazd aby nie móc kupić nawet mleka. Jestem osobą niepełnosprawną. Chłodziarka od ponad tygodnia są puste!!! Powinni zamknąć ten sklep do momentu naprawy!!! To jest skandal bo kto zwróci koszta za czas,ból i cierpienie związane z rozczarowaniem. Teraz muszę wzywać następny transport aby kupić jedzenie w innym miejscu. Wstyd!!!
