    I placed a lunch order from Subway at approximately 12:50pm. After waiting a considerable amount of time with no acknowledgement or update on my order, I attempted to contact the store, only to find that their phone line was not working. Around an hour later, I was finally able to communicate with a member of staff through the delivery driver. The employee refused to provide her name and claimed that my order had already been prepared and sent out, suggesting that the delivery driver had failed to deliver it. However, this was clearly untrue, as there had been no updates whatsoever on the Just Eat app indicating that the order was ready for collection or that a driver was on the way. Rather than apologising for the delay and resolving the issue promptly, the employee insisted that the order had been made and stated that she could not send a replacement. Eventually, a manager contacted me and agreed to prepare and send a new order. Unfortunately, after waiting a further 30 minutes, the replacement order arrived in an unacceptable condition. My sandwich contained no chicken, and the lettuce looked old and as if it had been picked out of the bin. I was also given the wrong crisps and a cookie containing nuts instead of the one I had originally ordered. This was particularly concerning, as providing customers with unexpected ingredients could have serious consequences for those with allergies. The entire experience demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability. From the excessive delay and poor communication to the condition of the food itself, the service I received was wholly unacceptable. I will be submitting a formal complaint to Subway regarding this matter. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch and instead visiting the Subway in the Jewellery Quarter, where I have received significantly better service.

    Every time I come here it’s someone training here and it’s really don’t know how hard is to make sandwiches but somehow the mange to do . No customer service just they do training here so please don’t waste your money and time .

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a triple cheese footlong dipper & I get a soggy sorry excuse of a "dipper" in return. £2.59 for what is the equivalent of a 6inch wrap rolled up, a footlong is completely misadvertised! More sauce than cheese but then again there's more wrap then there is cheese & sauce combined!! The number provided isnt even connected so trying to call them is impossible - ubereats are useless despite sending photos of what I recieved their AI chat box seems to know better
