Today, I ordered what should had been a Vegi Supreme with additional toppings of Pineapple. The toppings were sliding off the base of pizza. Pizza did not taste nice either. It arrived lukewarm with a handful of wedges for a fiver! The first image is how it should have appeared. The second image, was what I actually received 🧐 Toppings looked like a car crash. Disappointed is an understatement. Will not be ordering pizza from Dominos - Great Barr going forward. Awful.

Great, fresh food with very helpful staff. We had a large order for 16 people and it was all ready on time.

Really disappointing customer service at the Great Barr branch on Saturday evening. The bald staff member working at the front counter, who was speaking Punjabi with colleagues, clearly saw me walk in but completely ignored me. I was standing directly at the till with no other customers in front of me and had a collection order, yet there was no greeting, acknowledgement or attempt to serve me. I was just left standing there waiting despite the shop being empty. Eventually, a gentleman working at the back noticed me, greeted me and came over to serve me. Very rude and unnecessary. Basic acknowledgement of a customer standing right in front of you should be the minimum expected. Also got my order wrong so had to return. if they had any care and attention in the first place wouldn’t have to come back. complete waste of time. Had to come back wait another 20min to get the pizza i ordered in advance. utter joke the manager. had to make a second journey and didn’t even offer anything.
