Been coming here for over a year now and unfortunately my partner got food poisoning from undercooked meatballs I let the store know as soon as possible about this and we also had to throw out some food due to it being cold and didn’t want to risk eating cold chicken. This was around a month ago I have called repeatedly to see the progress and was told head office would get in touch with a voucher only to be told tonight that they called other customers from that night and no one else reported that issue (thank goodness because it was awful) but now I’ve been told by the manager that essentially nothing else will happen which after weeks of being told it’s been investigated and head office will be in touch etc and now having this it’s extremely disappointing and the staff aren’t that helpful and I’m extremely disappointed.

can never go wrong with dominoes Bromsgrove. Quality and consistency is their speciality. Extra credit goes to the speed of this order and the customer service from Megan who picked up the phone in seconds and was friendly, and polite in sorting something for me. Thanks guys

Megan and her colleague were really helpful over the phone and even better in person when I arrived at the store. Just finished my food and it was great too. Definitely will order again.
