    I had the vegan pizza with aubergine, harissa, jalapeños etc. I really am glad that Zizzi is offering some vegan choices. This one was a bit too strongly flavoured for my taste and the aubergine was a bit tough. There seemed to be a lot of competing flavours. I think next time I’ll go for the vegan ragu.

    Deea was an amazing waitress! She was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal and provided excellent service. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to being served by her again!

    Dee made our experience absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, she was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel like we were guests in her own home, it created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. She was incredibly helpful with her recommendations, and I'm so glad I took her advice because the Hot Honey Glazed Duck was absolutely delicious! Her excellent service and kindness really made our visit memorable. Thank you, Dee, for such fantastic hospitality. You're a real credit to the team. We'll definitely be back!

    I will never step foot in this place again! It was so bad! The customer service was an absolute disaster and the food quality was terrible. I came here with my colleague after work to have a nice catch up fot dinner and I wish I never suggested this place. After placing the order we had to wait 30 min to get our drinks! They served us the starter first which was cold and the waiter wasn’t even sure if it was our order! Then they served us crisps to kill time which have definitely been out and open for a very long time as they were soft! On top of that we waited 1h and 25 minutes for our main( which was just salad and breaded chicken not even made from scratch for it to take that long) which came in bad presentation and taste! The chicken was dry overcoocked and the potatoes had no salt or flavour at all! Everything was horrible about the place and the experience! The waiter kept saying she was chasing the order and the manager then came and had the audacity to ask if we had placed an order and what it was after 1h and 24 minutes???!!!! People that came after us even got served and we were still there waiting for our order!!! It was all just ridiculous, stay away from this place.

    I had a really disappointing experience. We had a booking at 8pm, ordered starters, mains, and two cocktails. The first starter came, but it was cold, like it had been left over from another table. Then we got arancini, but no drinks. After 33 minutes of waiting and several reminders, the cocktails finally arrived. The main course came an hour later, at 9:10 pm, and it was awful, I barely ate any of it. Even the free crisps they gave us with the drinks were stale. I would never go back. They tried to attract Italians with a discount, but the food was the worst I’ve ever had. I would have rather paid somewhere else.
