Service was immaculate , from the host to the waitress valerija? ( apologies if I spelt the name wrong ) service was absolutely incredible. The food was ok but slightly lackluster,. My pollo Milanese could’ve done with some more seasoning and the potatoes were a little boring .
Desert however was great, loved the touch of the hot chocolate shot. Would go
Here again to try something else primarily due to the service .

Booked the table for 7:30 pm and they said there is no booking, showed the proof as well on phone.
Travelled 30 mins with newborn baby to hear this. Manager said doesn't matter what it says online. I'm the manager. Only matter what I say.

Been here a lot before but standards have slipped. It's usually great but waited an hour for any service and we just left because people who just came in were getting served. Unprofessional - went to the one in mailbox and got served immediately no problem. So don't know what going wrong at the Brindleyplace branch but very different experience. It was quicker to walk to the mailbox Zizzis and get served than the hour we spent twiddling our thumbs waiting at brindleyplace. Fix up - it used to be good

Couldn't fault the service, but felt lasagne portion could have been larger & salmon salad had an awful lot of lettuce in it & not too many tomatoes! Was disappointed that I couldn't use 30% off due to concerts being on cos thats why I chose Zizzi. Not sure I'd visit again

Service was good, waiting staff couldn’t have been more helpful, despite the issues we had. The ambience was nice.
Some food criticisms:
- No Caesar Salad dressing, we were not informed by the server, and were only told after we asked where the dressing was.
- Pepperoni premia had about 10 small pepperoni pieces across the whole pizza. Considering the pizza was about half a metre long, seemed very stingy, especially considering the pizza is £18.75.
All in all, the visit was okay, I understand that they were busy, people were queuing out the door. Just seemed very disorganised, lots of repeat orders sent to our table, and the anaemic pizza was the last to arrive.
