Great buzz in this place, food is delicious and there's a good range of flavours to choose from. Staff are friendly, but the collection service (ordering in advance) needs an overhaul. Food gets placed in boxes and nothing is called out or displayed on a screen. I asked a few members of staff about an order and each of them was busy chatting about life to other members of staff. Lots of staff, but no service for collection orders, even though theyre all gathered around rhe collection area. We found our order had been bagged up shortly after being told it wasn't ready and to wait another 5 mins before asking another member of staff...

Too good. This is my first time and I myself work in a fast food chain bit I am amazed that our competitor makes waaayyyy much more tasty, high quality and quick food. Amazed to see how the chicken did not feel chewy, and was so tender and soft and crispy at the same time. The food made our day. But again the guy in the lobby was so friendly and calm and so good in communication. His name is Rob. Being a manager myself, i would recommend him on the floor all day. He was so good woth hos communication that i literally asked for his name before putting this review coz the review would have been incomplete without him. He did a great job with each and every customer and would definitely come back to this store for such amazing service and food.
