This all off the back of trying to book a table in advance and then told to just turn up as we could not book for two. The server was extremely rude, so we ended up leaving. I did not want my pregnant girlfriend stood up when there were loads of empty tables and chairs around the entrance where we could have been told to wait.

- YSY SJul 15, 20261.015/07/2026 at 19:05. Ordered Katsu Chicken for delivery when it arrived, the salad was stale. I call the restaurant straight away to inform them. I was put through to the manager who told me 3 times to call Deliveroo for a refund. I told her that Deliveroo didn't prepare the food and that the restaurant were responsible not Deliveroo. Again I was referred to Deliveroo for refund and then went on to say "what do you want me to do". I was appalled that no responsibility was being taken by the her and I was veing fobbed off. I told her I didn't want a refund as the rest of the food was ok and just wanted to tell them they shouldn't send stale food to delivery customers. I won't be using Wagamama for delivery or at their restaurants. I will also be telling other people, since Wagamama clearly don't value their customers.
